Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on the service you select. Delivery-time estimates below start from the date of dispatch (not the date the order is placed) and are provided by Royal Mail.

Event Pickup – Free
Collect your order from our booth during the event. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, place your order at least 72 hours before national events and 24 hours before local events to ensure availability.
All delivery times are estimates. Minor delays can occur during peak periods or due to factors beyond Royal Mail’s control.

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please confirm these details carefully—Union County Games cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Postage Options & Insurance
You have full control over the postage option selected for your order. If you choose a shipping method that does not provide insurance coverage for the full value of your order, any reimbursement in the event of loss or damage will be limited to the carrier’s maximum insurance for that service.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Parcels
- Tracked parcels that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to unpaid fees (such as customs duties or taxes) will incur additional costs.
- Union County Games reserves the right to deduct these costs—including return shipping, carrier surcharges, or customs charges—from your refund.
